2. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to SignalReply is provided through paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled as described in our refund policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for how you use the leads and messaging features we provide. You agree to comply with the terms, policies, and rate limits of any third-party platform you connect (such as Reddit or X), with all applicable anti-spam laws, and to only send outreach that is genuine and permitted. We may suspend accounts that use the service to send spam or that violate third-party platform rules.

4. Connected Accounts and User Data

To provide the service we collect and store account data such as your name, email, and payment information (processed by our payment provider). When you connect a social account, we store the access tokens required to fetch conversations and send messages on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant.
